胶带输送机架调平修正装置在矿井生产中的技术应用

【摘要】 胶带输送机架调平修正装置在矿井生产中展现出了显著的技术和经济价值。该装置设计结构合理、性能稳定,采用先进的传感器、控制器和执行机构,能实时监测胶带输送机运行状态,自动调整机架姿态,有效解决机架倾斜和跑偏问题。实验表明,其能提升运行稳定性和效率,降低故障率和维修成本,增强矿井生产安全性。此研究丰富了理论体系,提供了科学依据和技术指导。未来,该装置将更智能化、自动化和高效化,为矿井生产带来更大便利和效益。

【Abstract】 The leveling and correction device of the tape conveyor frame has demonstrated significant technical and economic value in mine production. The device is designed with a reasonable structure and stable performance, using advanced sensors, controllers, and actuators to monitor the operating status of the belt conveyor in real time, automatically adjust the rack posture, and effectively solve the problems of rack tilt and deviation. Experiments have shown that it can improve operational stability and efficiency, reduce failure rates and maintenance costs, and enhance mine production safety. This study enriches the theoretical system, provides scientific basis and technical guidance. In the future, this device will be more intelligent, automated, and efficient, bringing greater convenience and benefits to mine production.
