工业化乡村建筑产品化设计与建造技术研究

【摘要】 当前我国传统乡村住宅存在房屋性能质量不可控、建筑工业化程度低等问题。在新型建筑工业化方向下,采用建筑产品化设计建造模式是解决上述问题的有效手段。基于此模式,本文构建了工业化乡村建筑的产品化设计系统,明晰其设计实现路径,建立了工业化乡村建筑产品化设计方法,研发并形成了工业化乡村建筑的产品建造管理技术及建筑体系关键技术。研究成果对于促进我国乡村建筑工业化技术发展具有推广应用价值。

【Abstract】 Under the backdrop of the Rural Revitalization Strategy, China’s rural production and living conditions have continuously improved, and the rural landscape has undergone significant changes. However, shortcomings still exist in rural construction, and there remains a gap compared to farmers’ growing demand for a better life. Rural architectural design and construction face a series of problems, including the lack of construction standards, uncontrollable housing quality, and low levels of building industrialization. To address these issues, transforming traditional design and construction methods in rural construction through building productization and introducing advanced industrialized building technology systems represent an effective pathway for constructing high-quality rural buildings under the direction of new-type building industrialization.The sub-project "Research on Spatial Adaptability and System Compatibility Technologies for Rural Residence", part of the 13th Five-Year Plan National Key R&D Program of China and undertaken by AESEU conducted research on spatial adaptability and system compatibility technologies for rural residential building systems through the construction practice of an industrialized rural building system, concluding in 2022. Based on the findings of this project and taking low-rise industrialized rural buildings as the research object, this paper analyzes four aspects: the construction of a productized design system for industrialized rural buildings, productized design methods, digital construction management technologies, and key technologies of the building system.Under the building productization design model, and based on concurrent engineering from manufacturing and product master design theory, this paper establishes a productized design system for industrialized rural buildings tailored to rural building characteristics and the industrial foundation. This system consists of three subsystems-whole-process design, a collaborative product design team, and a component information management platform-which formforming the implementation pathway for productized design of industrialized rural buildings. For specific rural construction projects, based on the prototype product, productized building design utilizing the component library is conducted by retrieving components from various levels within the library.This paper proposes a rural building product platform design method, a component library-based combinatorial design method, and a rural building productized design process. It independently develops a component information management platform, applying three-level nested modeling technology, component spatial positioning coding technology, and component whole-lifecycle management technology to achieve collaborative whole-process design and construction management for industrialized rural building products. It conducts research on key technologies for rural light steel structure building systems, rural precast concrete rigid frame building systems, and rural precast composite wall building systems, forming prefabricated composite envelope systems with airtight joint detailing technology, integrated technology for load-bearing standard formwork and rebar cage molding, and integrated technology for composite wall structure and envelope systems.Validation through demonstration project applications confirms that the proposed technical methods significantly enhance the quality and efficiency of rural building design and construction, improve the performance and quality of rural buildings, and promote the development of rural building industrialization technology in China, holding significant value for broader application and promotion.
