【摘要】 本文从我国体育事业发展趋势及场馆建设基本特征出发，对东大院近年体育建筑设计与研究内容进行总体介绍，概述公司在体育建筑领域的创作、科研、出版、发表、获奖及交流等主要成果。同时，结合厦门新体育中心、青岛市民健身中心等近年代表作品，阐述了本土原创与技术创新相结合的思维，形成了融合地域传统、现代建构与当代技艺整合思考的“集约建构·数字营造”的创作理念和技术方法，为体育建筑的高品质设计、建设与运维献计献策。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper begins by examining the current development trajectory of China’s sports industry and the fundamental characteristics of contemporary sports venue construction. Against this background, it provides a comprehensive overview of the sports architectural design and research initiatives undertaken by Architects & Engineers Co., Ltd. of Southeast University(AESEU) in recent years. The document systematically outlines the institute’s engineering accomplishments across multiple domains, including large-scale competition venues for major events, as well as sports facilities designed for local urban communities and higher education institutions. Furthermore, it synthesizes AESEU’s principal achievements in academic publishing(monographs and papers), industry guideline development, award-winning projects, and professional exchanges within the architectural community.Through detailed analysis of representative projects, such as the Xiamen New Sports Center(comprising the Egret Stadium, Phoenix Gymnasium, and White Dolphin Aquatics Center), Qingdao Civic Fitness Center, Funing Cultural and Sports Center, and Hefei High-Tech Zone Sports Center, this paper elucidates the design philosophy and technical methodology termed "Integrated Construction & Digital Crafting". This approach emerges from the synthesis of indigenous design thinking and technological innovation, effectively bridging regional traditions with contemporary construction techniques and modern technological integration. The methodology embodies a systematic strategy that encompasses several key dimensions: the integration of regional cultural identity with public consensus, the synergistic optimization of architectural form, space and structure, the implementation of adaptable and shared spatial concepts, the development of land-saving and energy-efficient green venues, and the adoption of digitally-enabled technical frameworks.The "integrated construction" component emphasizes creating highly efficient and meaningful architectural solutions through several focused strategies. It prioritizes deep respect for regional culture and the establishment of distinctive public identity, ensuring that venues become culturally-grounded landmarks rather than generic structures. This is achieved through the cohesive and synergistic design of architectural form, space, and structure, where each element is carefully considered as part of a unified whole, resulting in buildings that are both functionally efficient and aesthetically refined. The philosophy further advocates for flexible and shared spatial configurations, enabling venues to support diverse functions beyond their primary event purposes, including daily fitness activities, professional training programs, and commercial ventures, thus ensuring long-term operational viability and sustained community engagement. A strong emphasis on sustainable practices is integral to this approach, with venues designed to minimize environmental impact through passive design strategies, optimized resource utilization, and the selection of sustainable materials, establishing new benchmarks for green building in sports architecture.By consistently applying the "integrated construction & digital crafting" philosophy, AESEU’s body of work demonstrates a coherent path toward rational, human-centered sports architecture. This approach successfully facilitates the diversified operation of sports venues, seamlessly integrating world-class event hosting with community fitness services, training programs, and commercial activities. Ultimately, it contributes substantially to the sustainable development of sports infrastructure, ensuring that these public assets remain functionally relevant, operationally efficient, and deeply valued by their communities for generations to come.
