上下层正交马鞍形索网铸钢索夹节点抗滑性能试验研究

Experimental Study on the Anti-Sliding Performance of Upper and Lower Orthogonal Saddle-Shaped Cable-Net Cast Steel Cable Clamp Nodes

【摘要】 为研究正交铸钢索夹的抗滑性能和螺栓紧固力松弛特性,文章以西安国际足球中心项目上下层正交马鞍形索网结构为背景,选取与工程实际应用相同的足尺索夹节点模型进行试验。试验全过程模拟索夹的实际安装流程,实时监测螺栓紧固力在拉索持载过程中的衰减情况,待高强螺栓紧固力衰减平稳后,采用顶推加载试验,获取其滑移量与荷载的关系曲线,并基于该曲线分析铸钢索夹的抗滑承载力及摩擦系数,为索夹抗滑评估及现场索夹安装提供依据。

【Abstract】 In order to study the anti-sliding performance and bolt tightening force attenuation characteristics of the orthogonal cast steel cable clamps, a full-scale cable clamp joint model, which is the same as the actual clamp joint applied in practical projects, is selected as the background of the upper and lower orthogonal saddle cable-net structure of the project of Xi’an International Football Center. The whole process of test simulates the actual installation process of cable clamp, monitors the attenuation of bolt tightening force in the process of cable loading in real time, adopts a thrust loading test when the attenuation of high-strength bolt tightening force stabilizes, and obtains the relationship curve between slip displacement and the applied load. Based on this curve, the antisliding load-bearing capacity and friction coefficient of the cast steel cable clamp are analyzed, providing a basis for evaluating the clamp’s anti-sliding performance and guiding on-site installation procedures.
