【摘要】 党的二十届三中全会聚焦于加快形成同新质生产力相适应的生产关系,提出了发展耐心资本的理论命题。耐心资本兼具资本一般和特殊的属性,是在内在动力和外在支持的共同驱动下流出金融市场、流向高精尖产业的资本。资本的逐利性是耐心资本流动的内在动力,国家政策引导是耐心资本流动的外在支持力量。耐心资本的循环机制体现出其助力新质生产力发展的优势。耐心资本的培育壮大需要坚持党管金融、优化市场环境、培育多元化投资主体等措施的协同推进,并持续完善我国耐心资本的供给与配置体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China focused on accelerating the formation of relations of production that are more compatible with the new quality of productive forces and put forward the theoretical proposition of developing patient capital.Patient capital,which combines the general and specific characteristics of capital,is the capital that flows out of the financial market and into high-tech industries under the joint drive of internal impetus and external support.The flow of patient capital to the production field is driven by both intrinsic motivation and extrinsic support,with the profit-seeking nature of capital as the intrinsic motivation and the guidance of national policies as the extrinsic support force.The circulation mechanism of patient capital reflects its advantages in helping the development of the new quality of productive forces.The cultivation and growth of patient capital requires the concerted promotion of measures such as adhering to the Party’s management of finance,optimizing the market environment,and fostering diversified investment main bodies,so as to continue to improve China’s patient capital supply and allocation system.更多还原
