【摘要】 教育强国建设进程中，充分挖掘并利用资源优势提升乡村小规模学校办学质量，既是乡村教育底部攻坚的关键，也是推进教育优质均衡发展的基础支撑。研究基于教育优质均衡发展理念和资源基础理论，尝试构建乡村小规模学校资源优势的本土化分析框架；结合实证调查资料，得出学校社会效益优势难以发挥、教育物力资源配置方式单一、教师资源质量困境突出、课程教学资源“为农”特色不足、管理机制等未体现小规模学校特征成为其资源优势发挥不足的现实表征。在此基础上，探索乡村小规模学校资源优势利用的可行路径，主要包括：客观评价并持续发挥学校社会效益优势、跨界合作促进办学资源改善、建构跨学科主题课程及多元教学模式、培育融合现代化知识与地方性知识的乡村教育家、推动组织结构转化赋能学校治理现代化、促进嵌入式融合发展创生在地性文化资源。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the development of a leading country in education, we need to fully tap into and leverage resource advantages to raise the quality of small-scale rural schools, which is not only pivotal for the bottom-up improvement of rural education but also a foundational support for the promotion of the high-quality and balanced development of education.Based on the concept of the high-quality and balanced development of education and fundamental theories of resources, this study seeks to construct a localized analysis framework for the resource advantages of small-scale schools, and based on empirical survey data, reveals the practical manifestations hindering the full utilization of these resource advantages:underutilized social benefits of small-scale schools, the one-size-fits-all material resource allocation in education, the poor quality of teacher resources, lack of "rural-oriented" features in curriculum and teaching resources, and the management mechanism failing to reflect the nature of small-scale schools. Based on this, the authors explore feasible pathways to utilize the resource advantages of small-scale schools, including: objectively evaluating and continuously leveraging the advantages of social benefits of small-scale schools, promoting cross-sector cooperation to increase educational resources, developing interdisciplinary theme-based courses and diversified teaching modes, cultivating distinguished rural educators who integrate modern knowledge with local wisdom, pushing organizational restructuring to empower the modernization of school governance, and promoting embedded and integrated development to create localized cultural resources.更多还原
