【摘要】 项目管理课程是工程技术专业和管理专业学生的必修课程，也是工科为主高校的通识课程。为了使项目管理课程的教学案例适应工科背景的本科教学需求，结合具体教学实践对当前项目管理课程的教学现状和不足进行了分析，初步构建了基于工科项目实践的项目管理课程案例体系，以期改进工科专业本科生项目管理通识课的课堂教学效果，提高学生综合运用项目管理知识解决工程实际问题的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The project management is a compulsory course for engineering technology and management majors,as well as a general course for engineering universities.In order to meet the teaching needs of undergraduate education in engineering background in the teaching case of project management,a preliminary analysis is conducted on the current teaching status and problems of project management based on specific teaching practices,and a case system of project management is constructed based on engineering project practice to improve the classroom teaching effect of the general course of project management for engineering undergraduate students,and improve students’ ability to comprehensively apply project management knowledge to solve practical engineering problems.更多还原
