【Abstract】 Using core concepts such as“field”,“capital”,and“habit”in the field theory,it is analyzed that the development of teachers in vocational college has such basic features as dynamic and changing characteristics in the adaptation process field,relational and interactive characteristics in forming the network field,and capital and interest characteristics in shaping the competitive field. The development of teachers in vocational education faces difficulties such as power and resource constraints in the field, challenges in capital accumulation and transformation, and problems with outdated habits and innovation. To achieve the high-quality development of teachers in vocational college,we can adopt such strategies as strengthening the supply capacity of teacher resources through field optimization, expanding the professional growth ability of teachers through capital enhancement, and cultivating teachers’ practical reflection ability through habit reconstruction.更多还原
