【摘要】 【目的】分析我国工程技术期刊短文栏目建设现状，探索工程技术期刊通过短文栏目建设提升学术影响力从而助力期刊高质量发展的有效路径。【方法】以卓越行动计划英文领军期刊《中国航空学报（英文）》（简称CJA）为例，阐述CJA在短文栏目建设中的四大核心举措：精准定位以明确功能架构；主动组稿约稿以拓展优质稿源；建立绿色高效的审稿出版机制，确保“快而准”发表；构建多维传播矩阵以增强传播效能。【结果】CJA通过系统性建设短文栏目，在吸引高质量稿源、提升期刊的学术影响力与社会关注度、加快知识传播方面取得显著成效。【结论】工程技术期刊开设并优化短文栏目，对引领学术创新、响应国家战略需求、促进期刊繁荣发展具有积极作用，为同类期刊的高质量发展提供了可借鉴的实施路径与实践经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purposes] This study aims to analyze the current status of short article column development in Chinese engineering and technology journals, and to explore effective pathways for engineering and technology journals to enhance their academic influence through the construction of such columns, thereby supporting high-quality journal development. [Methods] Taking the leading journal Chinese Journal of Aeronautics(CJA) under the Excellence Action Plan as an example, this paper elaborates on four core initiatives in CJA’s short article column development: clarifying its functional structure through precise positioning; expanding high-quality manuscript sources via proactive solicitation and invitations; establishing a green and efficient review and publication mechanism to ensure both speed and accuracy; and building a multi-dimensional communication matrix to enhance dissemination effectiveness. [Findings] Through systematic development of its short article column, CJA has achieved significant outcomes in attracting high-quality manuscripts, improving the journal’s academic influence and social attention, and accelerating knowledge dissemination. [Conclusions] Establishing and optimizing short article columns in engineering and technology journals plays a positive role in leading academic innovation, responding to national strategic needs, and promoting the prosperous development of journals. This provides implementable pathways and practical experience that can be referenced by similar journals for high-quality development.更多还原
