【摘要】 目的 明确审方药师岗位核心能力构成要素和评价标准，构建符合临床实际需求的系统化的教学框架，为医学机构培养规范化审方药师提供科学参考。方法 通过文献研究与专家小组研讨初步遴选核心能力指标，采用德尔菲法对6省三级甲等医院的处方审核领域的24名专家进行两轮函询以优化指标结构。通过层次分析法（AHP）计算指标的权重，以此为依据设计分层递进式教学方案，在医院层面实施4轮的培训验证。结果 最终构建包括6项一级指标、15项二级指标和53项三级指标的审方药师核心能力评价体系。层次分析法得到的各层级判断矩阵一致性比率（CR）均低于0.1，权重结果稳定可靠。基于该体系构建了涵盖基础技能、进阶能力和管理创新的三层教学架构，累计培养分级审方药师70名。结论 构建的核心能力评价和教学体系深度契合审方药师的岗位要求，可为提升处方审核培训质量提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To identify the core competency dimensions and evaluation indicators for prescription review pharmacists,and to establish a systematic teaching framework that meets clinical needs,providing a basis for the standardized training of prescription review pharmacists in medical institutions. Methods Core competency indicators were initially screened through literature review and expert panel discussions. Two rounds of Delphi method were conducted to consult 24 experts in prescription review from tertiary hospitals in six provinces to optimize the indicator system. The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to determine the weights of the indicators. Based on the weighted indicators,a tiered and progressive teaching program was designed and implemented in four training sessions at the hospital level. Results A core competency evaluation system for prescription review pharmacists was established comprising 6 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators,and 53 third-level indicators. The consistency ratio(CR)of the judgment matrices at all levels calculated by AHP were all less than < 0.1,indicating reliable weighting results. A three-level teaching architecture covering basic skills,advanced abilities,and management innovation was constructed based on this system,and a total of 70 graded prescription review pharmacists were trained. Conclusion The core competency evaluation system and teaching system constructed in this study align closely with the job requirements of prescription review pharmacists and can serve as a reference for improving the quality of prescription review training.更多还原
