【摘要】 目的 探讨在重症医学住院医师规范化培训中应用操作技能直接观察法评估演练联合迷你临床演练评量模拟教学的效果。方法 选取2020年6月—2024年12月在郑州大学第一附属医院重症医学专业基地参加规范化培训的住院医师69名作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为两组，传统教学组36名，实施传统教学，联合教学组33名，实施操作技能直接观察法评估演练联合迷你临床演练评量模拟教学。结果 联合教学组教学满意度、疾病诊治能力及临床思维能力方面的评分均高于传统教学组（P<0.05）。结论 在重症医学住院医师规范化培训中，操作技能直接观察法评估演练联合迷你临床演练评量模拟教学的效果优于传统教学方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effectiveness of combining direct observation of procedural skills(DOPS)with mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX) simulation teaching in the standardized training of resident physicians in critical care medicine. Method A total of 69 resident physicians who participated in standardized training at the Critical Care Medicine Professional Base of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2020 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups:the traditional teaching group(n=36)received traditional teaching,while the combined teaching group(n=33),who received DOPS + Mini-CEX simulation teaching. Results The combined teaching group showed higher scores in teaching satisfaction,disease diagnosis and treatment ability,and clinical thinking ability compared to the traditional teaching group(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of DOPS and Mini-CEX simulation teaching is more effective than traditional teaching methods in the standardized training of resident physicians in critical care medicine.更多还原
