【摘要】 目的 探讨翻转课堂（Flipped Classroom）联合CBL(Case-Based Learning,CBL)教学法在临床免疫学检验技术课程中的应用效果。方法 选取重庆医科大学2021级医学检验技术专业两个平行班共103名学生，按性别和年龄随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用翻转课堂联合CBL教学法教学，对照组采用传统讲授式教学，教学周期为一学期。比较两组学生在理论成绩、病例分析能力、实验操作能力、自主学习能力和教学满意度方面的差异。结果 实验组在理论成绩、病例分析能力、实验操作能力、自主学习能力以及教学满意度方面均显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 翻转课堂联合CBL教学法能有效提升学生的综合学习能力和临床实践素养，具有较高的推广应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in clinical immunology laboratory technology course. Methods A total of 103 students from two parallel classes of medical laboratory technology major of Chongqing Medical University in 2021 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group adopted flipped classroom combined with CBL teaching,and the control group adopted traditional lecture-based teaching.The teaching cycle was one semester. The differences between the two groups of students in theoretical scores,case analysis ability,experimental operation ability,autonomous learning ability and teaching satisfaction were compared. Results: The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in theoretical scores,experimental operation ability,autonomous learning ability and teaching satisfaction(P<0.05). Conclusion The flipped classroom combined with CBL teaching method can effectively improve students’ comprehensive learning ability and clinical practice literacy,and has a high promotion and application value.更多还原
