【摘要】 目的 探究药学教学路径联合客观结构化临床考试（Objective Structured Clinical Examination, OSCE）在门诊药房实习生临床实践教学中的应用成效，为构建系统化的医院药学实习生培养体系提供参考。方法 遴选资深药师组成专业带教团队，围绕药品养护、处方调剂、处方审核、用药指导、药学咨询及药事管理这六大核心岗位胜任力维度，系统设计教学方案。采用模块化教学路径将传统跟班制实习转化为结构化培养体系，制定4周渐进式门诊药房实训路径，并配套实施OSCE多维评估和动态反馈机制。结果 成功构建了“路径化教学-OSCE评估-动态反馈”三位一体的培养体系，制定了标准化实习路径，建立了涵盖6大岗位胜任力维度的OSCE案例库，并明确了各案例的评分细则与技能要求。结论 药学教学路径联合OSCE的门诊药房实习生培养体系，能有效解决传统教学中实习生积极性不高、理论和实践相脱离等问题，显著提升药学实习生的实践能力与岗位胜任力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effectiveness of a pharmaceutical education pathway combined with the Objective Structured Clinical Examination(OSCE) in the clinical training of outpatient pharmacy interns and to provide a reference for constructing a systematic hospital pharmacy intern training system. Methods A professional teaching team composed of senior pharmacists was established. A systematic teaching plan was designed around six core competency dimensions,including drug maintenance,prescription dispensing,prescription review,medication guidance,pharmaceutical counseling,and pharmaceutical care management. Modular teaching pathways were adopted to transform traditional shadowing-based internships into a structured training system. A 4-week progressive training pathway for outpatient pharmacy practice was developed and implemented alongside a multidimensional OSCE assessment and dynamic feedback mechanism. Results A trinity training system integrating “pathway-based teaching,OSCE assessment,and dynamic feedback” was successfully constructed. A standardized internship pathway was formulated,and an OSCE case database covering the six core competency dimensions was created,with detailed scoring criteria and skill requirements defined for each case. Conclusion The training system for outpatient pharmacy interns,which combines the pharmaceutical teaching path and OSCE,can effectively solve problems such as low intern engagement and the disconnection between theory and practice in traditional teaching,and significantly enhances the practical skills and job competency of pharmacy interns.更多还原
