【摘要】 目的 岗位胜任力的培养，是使医学生成为合格医生的前提、保障。把课程思政巧妙地融入专业课教学环节是达成立德树人的关键路径。方法 通过分析岗位胜任力要求和形态学科特点，将课程思政融入形态学科整合课程中，着眼于提升学生综合素质、强化岗位胜任力。介绍了实施以岗位胜任力为导向的形态学科整合课程思政教学模式的理论基础与具体实践，并进行效果评价。结果 通过效果评价的结果分析，试验组的理论考试及实验考试成绩明显高于对照组，通过调查问卷可见试验组在加强提升学习兴趣、文献查阅能力、提升职业素养和职业能力等方面较对照组的差异有统计学意义。结论 以岗位胜任力为导向的形态学科整合课程思政教学模式能够明确知识、思政、能力三维目标结合点，能够有效巩固学生专业知识，提高学生思想政治素养，有助于培养具备临床岗位胜任力的应用型医学卫生人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The cultivation of job competence is a prerequisite and guarantee for medical students to become qualified doctors. Cleverly integrating ideological and political education into professional course teaching is the key path to achieving moral education and talent cultivation.Methods By analyzing the requirements of job competence and the characteristics of morphological disciplines, integrating ideological and political education into the integrated curriculum of morphological disciplines, focusing on improving students’ comprehensive quality and strengthening job competence. This article introduces the theoretical basis and specific practice of implementing the ideological and political education teaching mode of integrated disciplinary courses guided by job competency, and evaluates the effectiveness. Results Through the above methods and the analysis of the results of the effectiveness evaluation, the theoretical and experimental exam scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The survey questionnaire showed that the experimental group had statistically significant differences compared to the control group in strengthening learning interest, literature review ability, enhancing professional ethics and abilities. Conclusion The integration of ideological and political education in formal disciplinary courses guided by job competency can clarify the three-dimensional goals of knowledge, ideology, and ability, effectively consolidate students’ professional knowledge, improve their ideological and political literacy, and help cultivate applied medical and health talents with clinical job competency.更多还原
