【Abstract】 Food Microbiology, as the cornerstone of Food Science and Engineering, stands at the forefront of contemporary technological development and is a crucial discipline that profoundly influences human daily life. To thoroughly implement the educational concept of “building morality and cultivating talents”, this paper is dedicated to the in-depth construction of curriculum ideology and politics. From a multidimensional perspective, it restructures the training objectives, excavates and integrates the ideological and political elements centered on the “Five-Love” spirit, innovates the course implementation and assessment mechanisms, aiming to enhance students’ learning effectiveness and achieve the dual goals of knowledge transmission and value guidance.
