【摘要】 课程思政建设是新时代高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措，新工科建设与课程思政建设两者有着密切的联系，二者的结合能够实现“科技能力”与“思想引领”的有机统一。从“工程水文学”课程的思政元素挖掘方法、课程思政挖掘内容和评价体系建设三个方面出发，系统探讨了课程思政从顶层设计到具体实施的整体建设与实践路径，提出了“引用—联想—融合”的“三位一体”挖掘体系的构建逻辑，实现了思政元素与专业知识的深度耦合，为新工科背景下水利类基础课程教学改革与实践提供了参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The curriculum ideology and politics construction is an important measure for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents in the new era. There is a close connection between the construction of emerging engineering education and the curriculum ideology and politics construction, and their integration can realize the organic unity of “scientific and technological capabilities” and “ideological guidance”. Starting from three aspects, namely the method of excavating ideological and political elements in the course of Engineering Hydrology, the content of ideological and political excavation, and the construction of an evaluation system, this paper systematically discusses the overall construction and practical path of curriculum ideology and politics from top-level design to specific implementation. It puts forward the construction logic of the “citation-association-integration” trinity excavation system, realizes the in-depth coupling of ideological and political elements with professional knowledge, and provides a reference for the teaching reform and practice of basic courses in water conservancy under the background of emerging engineering education.更多还原
