【摘要】 集成电路产业是新一代信息技术产业发展的核心，是发展新质生产力的重要基础。作为我国重要高等教育基地之一，北京理工大学在培养集成电路领域紧缺人才方面担负着重要使命。以北京理工大学集成电路与电子学院为例，深入探讨了在家国情怀与军工精神引领下，通过“全教学全科研”融合模式，完善创新集成电路人才培养体系，以满足国家战略需求和产业技术发展。研究结果显示，通过强化国防特色课程、产学研深度融合和军工文化传承，可以有效提升学生的专业基础知识、实践动手能力、创新精神和家国情怀责任感，不仅可以助力解决行业发展中的“卡脖子”问题，还可以为国家集成电路产业的发展和国防现代化建设培养一批“延安根、军工魂、领军人”的高端人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 The integrated circuit industry is the core of the development of the new generation of information technology industry and an important foundation for developing new quality productivity. As one of the important higher education bases in China, Beijing Institute of Technology bears a crucial mission in cultivating talents in the field of integrated circuits. Taking the School of Integrated Circuits and Electronics at Beijing Institute of Technology as a case study, this paper delves into the exploration of a talent cultivation model named “TeachingResearch Integration” under the guidance of patriotism and military-industrial spirit. This innovative model aims to construct a comprehensive talent cultivation system in the field of integrated circuits to meet national strategic needs and industrial technological development. The research results indicate that by reinforcing defense-themed courses, integrating academia and industry deeply, and passing on the culture of the military industry, it is possible to significantly enhance students’ proficiency in fundamental professional knowledge, practical skills, innovative spirit, and a sense of patriotic responsibility. This not only holds the potential to address the bottleneck issues in the industry’s development but also contributes to nurturing a group of high-end talents characterized by the spirit of Yan’an, dedication to the military industry, and leadership qualities.更多还原
