【摘要】 同济大学“桥梁工程”全英语课程获得2022年度上海高校市级重点课程建设立项。以中美两国桥梁设计规范更迭为基础，带领学生系统了解两国桥梁工程建设的设计理念与工程实践。阐释不同历史时期桥梁设计规范的发展异同，培养学生的融会贯通能力。介绍两国桥梁设计规范的具体组成，帮助学生理解桥梁工程设计理念与实践的科研创新。分析中美两国科研成果在桥梁设计规范上的呈现形式，培养学生的科研创新能力。对比中美两国实际桥梁工程差异，培养学生的工程思辨能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Full English course of bridge engineering is a project launched by Tongji University and supported by Shanghai government in 2022. Based on the evolution of bridge design codes of China and the United States, this course introduces the design philosophy and practice of bridge engineering in the two countries. The histories of bridges in China and the U.S. are presented to help students know the differences and similarities of the corresponding codes. The components of bridge design codes in the two countries are introduced to help students understand the design philosophy and innovation in practice. Practical examples are provided and discussed, training students with critical thinking.更多还原
