【Abstract】 With the continuous development of social economy, the demand for training professional engineers of road and bridge increases obviously. School-enterprise cooperation is considered to be an effective training mode, which can significantly improve students’ practical ability and employment competitiveness. Both the schoolenterprise cooperation mechanism and research methods in the training of outstanding engineers of road and bridge majors are explored in this paper, in order to improve the teaching quality and cultivate more high-quality road and bridge professional engineers. Cultivating “excellent engineers” is a long-term and complex system engineering. In the process of training, both schools and enterprises need to work together to actively explore the diversified education mode of school-enterprise joint training, and build a school-enterprise cooperation mechanism with support of fund, faculty, organization, benefit sharing and risk sharing, so as to improve the education quality and level of engineering talents.更多还原
