【摘要】 在农科专业基础课“基础生物化学”教学中，利用“MOOC+学习通”双平台进行线上教学，与线下课堂教学相结合的混合教学模式的探索和实践。有效利用线上MOOC和学习通及线下课堂授课，通过在课前引导学生预习，在课中提供丰富的学习资源和互动机会，在课后巩固学习成果和评估反馈，全面促进学生的学习和发展。同时，不断更新教学资源，使其更好地应用于混合式教学，在考核方式中提高混合式教学过程考核的比重至占总成绩的60%。通过混合式教学改革，教学资源不断丰富，教学质量和教学效果明显提升，学生学习的参与度和主动性显著增强，对教学的满意度显著提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the teaching of the basic course “Basic Biochemistry” in agricultural science majors, the exploration and practice of an online-offline blended teaching model using “MOOC + Xuexitong Platform” is conducted. By effectively utilizing online MOOC and Xuexitong Platform as well as offline classroom teaching, students are guided to preview before class, provided with rich learning resources and interactive opportunities during class, and reinforced learning outcomes and assessment feedback after class, comprehensively promoting students’ learning and development. At the same time, continuously updating teaching resources to better apply them to blended teaching, and increasing the proportion of process assessment in blended teaching to 60% of the total score. Through the reform of blended teaching, teaching resources continue to be enriched, the quality and effectiveness of teachers’ teaching has been significantly improved, students’ participation and initiative in learning significantly increase, satisfaction with teaching also increases.更多还原
