【摘要】 在数智背景下，随着新技术的进步，财务共享经济日益发展。财务共享服务模式已成为集团企业重要的管理模式。财务共享改变了传统会计的岗位设置，并对会计人才提出了新要求。作为技术技能型人才培养的主阵地，高职院校必须紧跟社会发展，开设并完善财务共享服务相关课程。以徐州生物工程职业技术学院“财务共享服务”课程为例，从课程目标、课程内容、课程设计、师资队伍等方面描述课程建设现状，诊断课程建设存在的问题。在此基础上，从课程内容、教学实施、师资队伍等方面提出课程建设路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of digital intelligence, with the progress of new technologies, the financial sharing economy is increasing. The financial shared service has become an important management of group enterprises. The financial sharing has changed the post setting of accounting and put forward new requirements for accounting talents. As the main position of training technical and skilled talents, higher vocational colleges must closely follow the society to set up and improve the related courses of financial shared services. Taking the course of financial shared service in Xuzhou Vocational College of Bioengineering as an example, this paper describes the current situation of course construction and diagnoses the existing problems in course construction from the aspects of course objectives, course contents, course design and teaching staff. On this basis, this paper puts forward the path of curriculum construction from the aspects of curriculum content, teaching, implementation and teaching staff.更多还原
