【摘要】 湖南农业大学烟草专业是国内知名的人才培养单位，近年来，其面临本科生学习积极性不足、投身农业生产和科研的积极性不高、学生认知与行业需求存在一定认知偏差等问题。针对当前“三导师”培养模式存在的问题，如思政导师配备力量不足、学业导师的主导作用未能有效发挥、行业导师与学业导师联系不足，以及学生过度以就业为导向的未来规划等问题开展教学改革，学业导师积极融入思政教育，强化学业导师与行业导师的联系，依据学生的不同需求联系不同的行业导师。这些措施大幅提高了学生的学习积极性，一些学生甚至继续攻读博士，从而极大地提升了湖南农业大学烟草专业的业内影响力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The tobacco major at Hunan Agricultural University is a well-known student training institution in China. In recent years, it has faced problems such as insufficient motivation for undergraduate students to study, low enthusiasm for engaging in agricultural production and scientific research, and some cognitive deviations from industry demands. This study mainly focuses on the problems existing in the current “three-mentor system”, like insufficient leading role of academic mentors, and the fact that industry mentors are mostly technical personnel and employment oriented. Teaching reforms have been carried out to actively integrate academic mentors into ideological and political education, strengthen the connection between academic mentors and industry mentors. These measures have significantly increased students’ enthusiasm for learning, and some even pursue doctoral degree, greatly enhancing influence of Hunan Agricultural University.更多还原
