【摘要】 科技小院是将农业科研、教学、农技服务与人才培养进行有机融合的高效途径。分析了当前农业专业学位硕士研究生培养的困境，以内蒙古农业大学农业资源与环境学科为例，讨论了科技小院在内蒙古地区培养“知农爱农”新型人才过程中的作用，总结了目前对专业学位硕士研究生培养取得的初步成效。基于科技小院，可以实现农业科学研究和人才培养的连续性，积累生产经验和实现技术突破；可以提升农业知识运用和实践能力，培养有担当的应用型人才。随着对农科人才需求的增多，以期为内蒙古地区科技小院在助力高层次应用型人才培养模式上提供参考。更多还原
