【摘要】 本研究对某高校2023年临床医学专业（本科）水平测试临床基本技能考试成绩进行统计分析。南华大学临床基本技能考试总成绩平均为（76.16±8.39）分，及格率为96.4%，优秀率为3.2%，成绩基本呈正态分布。其中，基本操作成绩（77.55分）和病史采集成绩（76.66分）显著优于体格检查成绩（74.10分，p<0.001）；卓医班成绩（81.74分）高于普通班成绩（75.92分）和全科班成绩（73.12分，p<0.001）；女生成绩（78.53分）优于男生成绩（73.83分，p<0.001）。问卷调查显示，95%的学生认可测试必要性，但48%的学生未认真复习且51%对成绩不满意。建议该高校强化体格检查教学，稳定临床师资队伍，并调动学生主动性以提升教学质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study statistically analyzed the clinical basic skill examination scores for clinical medicine undergraduates in a medical school of 2023. The average score of the clinical basic skill was 76.16±8.39 with a passing rate of 96.4% and an excellence rate of 3.2%, showing an essentially normal distribution. As for each test type site scores, both the basic operation(77.55) and the medical history collection(76.66) have higher average score than the physical examination(74.10, p < 0.001). The excellent doctors class(81.74) scored higher than both the parallel classes of clinical medicine(75.94) and in general medical students(73.12, p < 0.001), in addition, female students’ scores(78.53) outperformed those of males(73.83, p < 0.001). Surveys indicated 95% recognized the test’s necessity, while 48% lacked thorough preparation, and 51% expressed satisfaction with results. Recommendations include strengthening physical examination training, stabilizing clinical teaching faculty, and enhancing student initiative to improve educational quality.更多还原
