【摘要】 专业课教师是开展课程思政的主力军，然而当前专业课教师融合思政元素与专业知识的能力不足，阻碍了育人质量的提升。教师课程思政能力的有效提升急需系统性精准指导。统筹编者遴选多学科协同加强课程思政专业教材建设，为专业课教师挖掘思政元素有机融入专业课程提供针对性示范和系统性指导，增强教师开展课程思政的能力，并由此提升教师的获得感，激发其主观能动性，全面、快速提升专业课的育人质量，同时能直接弥补教师育人方面的不足，助力学生“思政自育”。更多还原

【Abstract】 Professional teachers are the main force of developing ideological and political education. However, their insufficient capacity of integrating ideological and political elements with professional knowledge hinders the improvement of moral-education quality. The teachers urgently need systematic and precise guidance to increase their ability of curriculum ideology and politics. Strengthening the construction of professional materials of ideological and political education through overall planning of editor selection and multidisciplinary collaboration would provide targeted demonstration and systematic guidance for teachers to explore ideological and political elements and organically integrate them into professional courses, increase the ability of ideological and political education, improve the sense of acquisition, then stimulate the subjective initiative, and improve the moral-education quality of professional courses comprehensively and quickly. Besides, professional materials of ideological and political education could directly compensate for the insufficient moral education of teachers and promote students’ self-educated learning.更多还原
