【摘要】 深入探讨了四川大学化学工程学院实施本科生导师制的实践与成效。本科生导师制作为高校教育改革的关键举措，对于提升学生的思想政治素质、社会责任感、科研素养和创新能力具有重要意义。学院自2022级起全面推行导师制，通过精细化指导与个性化培养，显著提升了学生的综合素养和科研能力。然而，导师制在实施过程中也面临着导师与学生匹配不优、导师队伍水平存在差异、学生参与度不足及评价体系单一等问题。为应对这些问题，将继续深化导师制改革，优化匹配机制，加强导师培训，激发学生积极性，并建立完善的管理机制和评估体系，以推动学生全面发展，为培养高素质人才奠定坚实基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article provides an in-depth exploration of the practice and achievements of implementing the undergraduate tutorial system at the School of Chemical Engineering, Sichuan University. It underscores that the undergraduate tutorial system, serving as a crucial initiative in the reform of higher education, carries immense importance in enhancing students’ ideological and political competence, social responsibility, scientific research aptitude, and innovative capabilities. Commencing with the academic year 2022, the school has comprehensively rolled out the tutorial system, markedly elevating students’ overall competencies and scientific research proficiency through meticulous mentoring and personalized nurturing. Notwithstanding, the implementation of the tutorial system also confronts challenges, including suboptimal pairing of mentors with students, discrepancies in mentor expertise, inadequate student participation, and a relatively single evaluation framework. To tackle these challenges, the school will persist in deepening the reform of the tutorial system, optimizing the pairing mechanism, reinforcing mentor training, igniting student enthusiasm, and establishing a comprehensive administrative mechanism and evaluation system. These endeavors are geared towards fostering students’ holistic development and establishing a solid groundwork for cultivating high-quality talents.更多还原
