【摘要】 秉承以安全育人为宗旨，以培养既具有丰富的、扎实的安全理论知识，又具有安全专业技能的师生为目标，在高校化学实验室安全教育育人体系建设及实践研究的基础上，提出建设化学实验室安全教育专职师资队伍、开设具有化学专业特色的安全教育课程及培训、建立健全的实验室安全三级准入制度、加大安全文化普及和宣传力度，切实提升师生安全意识，助力化学实验室安全稳定运行。并希冀探索出一条行之有效的安全育人途径，期望对其他专业，诸如网络安全教育等产生示范辐射作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Upholding the principle of safety-oriented education and aiming at cultivating teachers and students with rich and solid safety theoretical knowledge and safety professional skills, construction of chemistry laboratory safety education system is extremely important in colleges and universities. Based on the practical research, this paper puts forward to the construction of professional teachers’ workforce development on chemistry lab safety, providing safety education courses and training with chemistry specialties, establishing a three-level access system for laboratory safety, and increasing the popularization and publicity of safety culture. Consequently, the safety consciousness of teachers and students is effectively enhanced, which is helpful for the safe and stable operation of chemical laboratories. And it’s also hoped to explore an effective way for safety education, and looking forward to have an inspiring effect on other majors, such as cyber security education.更多还原
