【Abstract】 The academic atmosphere among graduate students refers to their attitudes, habits, and behavioral patterns formed during academic research, which directly reflect their academic qualities and moral standards.A positive academic atmosphere contributes to cultivating graduate students’ rigorous academic attitudes,solid academic foundations, and lofty academic ethics, serving as the soul and core value pursuit of graduate education. The level and effectiveness of academic atmosphere management are directly related to the quality of talent cultivation and the future development of the country. This paper aims to explore the major issues in the construction of academic atmosphere among graduate students in engineering colleges, analyze their causes,and propose new paths for building an excellent academic atmosphere by nurturing it with the spirit of scientists,practicing it through internships and practical exercises, fostering it with a realistic and enterprising atmosphere,and promoting it through campus cultural and sports activities, based on the practical experience of academic atmosphere construction in a certain engineering college.更多还原
