【摘要】 学科竞赛是促进学生创新思维养成和创新能力提升的重要方式。依托“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛和全国大学生生命科学竞赛，将创新能力培养作为出发点，从组建生命科学和考古学等多学科交叉团队、开放实验室平台等方面进行了探索，初步形成了多学科交叉人才培养模式。经过实践，该模式下人才培养成效显著提高，激发了学生的学习兴趣和动力，养成了科研思维，有效提升了学生的科研能力和团队协作能力，提升了教育维度的价值，为深化教学改革提供了新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Subject competition is an important activity to develop innovative thinking and improve the innovation capability for students. Relying on the “Internet+” competition project and undergraduate life sciences competition, and taking the cultivation of innovation ability as the starting point, this paper focuses on constructing of multidisciplinary team of life science and archaeology and opening laboratory platform and a talent cultivation model for practical and innovative abilities in life science majors is formed. The effectiveness of talent cultivation under this model has significantly improved through practice. It is possible to stimulate students’ interest and motivation in learning, develop scientific research thinking, and enhance the value of educational dimensions.
