【摘要】 交叉学科融合往往能产生重大科学突破，使科学发生革命性变化。所以对研究生实施多学科交叉创新培养模式，致力于培养符合国家发展需要的具有创新思维的卓越复合型人才，是高校融合现代化建设的必经之路。分析了高校交叉学科建设的现状和实施困境，基于学校特色和已有资源探索了复合型研究生培养途径。通过构建“材料+X”学科交叉创新平台、优化“导师组”队伍、建立全方位人才培养模式等措施对研究生培养模式进行全方位改革，并取得了初步成果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Interdisciplinary integration often leads to major scientific breakthroughs and revolutionizes science.Therefore, the implementation of a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary innovation training model for graduate students and the cultivation of outstanding compound talents with innovative thinking in line with the needs of national development are also the only way for colleges and universities to meet the modernization construction.This paper analyzes the current situation and implementation dilemma of interdisciplinary construction in colleges and universities, and explores the training path of compound graduate students based on the characteristics of the university and the existing resources.
