【摘要】 “双创”教育旨在培养学生的创新思维和创业能力，对于高校改革人才培养模式，适应经济社会发展和创新型国家建设具有重大战略意义。针对高校“双创”教育定位不清、目标不准、成效不显著等问题，结合企业需求和学生职业发展诉求，开展了面向需求侧的高校“双创”教育改革探索，针对学术科研型人才需求和企业应用型人才需求分类培养，提出了一条目标明确、效果显著的“双创”教育模式，为开创新型“双创”教育模式、深化人才培养改革提供了可资借鉴的经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Innovation and entrepreneurship education aims to cultivate students’ innovative thinking and entrepreneurial skills, which holds significant strategic importance for reforming talent training models in universities, adapting to economic and social development, and building an innovative country. This paper addresses issues such as unclear positioning, inaccurate goals, and insignificant results in current innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities. By aligning with enterprise demands and students’ career development aspirations, it explores demand-oriented reforms in innovation and entrepreneurship education within universities.It proposes a targeted and effective education model that categorizes talent cultivation according to the needs of academic research talents and enterprise application talents. This model provides valuable experiences for pioneering new approaches to innovation and entrepreneurship education and talent training reforms.更多还原
