【摘要】 近年来，面对竞争加剧、高度不确定性的外部环境，大学生心理健康问题和心理危机事件呈现频发、高发态势，高校心理育人的针对性、实效性面临前所未有的挑战。采用调查法，从全员、全过程、全方位的视角，分析了大学生心理健康教育中存在的突出问题及其内在原因，提出了加强顶层设计、健全心理育人体制机制，健全预警平台、促进育人资源有效整合，深化家校共育、构建多向多维育人模式等对策建议，为新时代促进大学生心理健康教育高质量发展提供了借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, facing the external environment of intensified competition and high uncertainty, the mental health problems and psychological crises of college students have shown frequent and high incidence, and the relevance and effectiveness of psychological education in colleges and universities has faced unprecedented challenges. This study adopts the survey method to find out the outstanding problems in the mental health education of college students from the perspective of the all-staff, the all-process and all-round, analyzes the internal causes,and proposes countermeasures such as strengthening the top-level design, improving the institutional mechanism of psychological education, improving the early warning platform, promoting the effective integration of education resources, deepening the co-education of families and schools, and building a multidirectional and multidimensional education model, so as to provide a reference for promoting the high-quality development of college students’ mental health education in the new era.更多还原
