【摘要】 高校基层党支部、团支部、班集体是开展大学生思想政治教育的重要载体。实践育人是围绕立德树人根本任务，提升高校思想政治工作质量、实现人才培养目标的重要途径。从当前高校基层党、团、班建设及实践育人中存在的问题入手，通过将二者耦合互补，进而展开实践育人在高校基层党团班一体化建设中的路径探索，包括具体工作机制、沟通协调机制、长效学习制度、组织协同合作制度、保障制度等五个维度，为提升高校思想政治教育实效提供支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Communist Party branches, the Communist Youth League branches, and university classes are important carriers of ideological and political education, while practical education is an important way to achieve talent cultivation goals. This article focuses on the current problems in the construction of primarylevel organizations of the CPC, the CCYL and the class. It explores the path of practical education from five dimensions: specific working mechanism, communication and coordination mechanism, long-term learning system,organizational collaboration system, and guarantee system, providing support for improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education in universities.更多还原
