【Abstract】 It is necessary to force normal majors to make corresponding changes in personnel training mode,personnel training concept, personnel training objectives, curriculum system, quality assurance system, teaching reform, ideological and political teaching in all courses, second classroom construction and so on with the reform and development of education evaluation and the further development of normal professional certification in the new age.
