【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the current status of industry-education integration construction, explores existing problems in its implementation, and elaborates on the internal logic for sustainable development of industry-education integration from the perspective of new-quality productive forces. Taking the Modern Industry College of Cyber Security at Fujian Normal University as a case study, this research proposes a trinity framework featuring "interest reconfiguration-triple-chain coordination-platform ecosystem" to empower industry-education integration, differing from traditional productive force perspectives. The operational and safeguard mechanisms of the modern industry college are discussed from five aspects: organizational structure, industry-university interest coupling, curriculum system, dual-qualified teaching team construction, and industrial platform development. Finally, the practical outcomes of the industry-education integration construction are presented.更多还原
