【摘要】 职业教育作为一种具有显著社会性与开放性的教育类型，其普惠化、技能化的特征能够增强弱势群体的致富创富能力，缩小收入差距，有效推进共同富裕进程。文章基于2011—2020年的省级面板数据，采用双向固定效应与面板门槛模型，系统分析了不同层级职业教育规模与质量对人均可支配收入以及城乡居民收入差距的影响效应。研究发现，我国职业教育总体规模的扩大能够显著缩小城乡居民收入差距，而中等职业教育规模与高等职业教育质量在推进城乡居民共同富裕中作用更为显著。在不同的城镇化水平下，职业教育规模与质量在推进城乡居民共同富裕中发挥的作用存在异质性，城镇化水平较低时，扩大中等职业教育的规模对于推进城乡居民共同富裕存在一定影响，但当城镇化水平达到一定程度后，职业教育质量的提升才是促进城乡居民共同富裕的有效路径。此外，职业教育总体的规模与质量在推进城乡居民收入水平提升的进程中存在显著的协同效应。由此提出科学规划职业教育发展规模、提升高等职业教育质量以及坚持规模与质量协同推进的发展战略等建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Vocational education, as a type of education with significant sociality and openness, can enhance the wealth creation ability of vulnerable groups and narrow the income gap through its inclusive and skilled features, and theoretically can effectively promote the process of common prosperity.This study is based on provincial panel data from 2011 to 2020,using a dual fixed effects and panel threshold model to systematically analyze the impact of different levels of vocational education scale and quality on per capital disposable income and urban-rural income gap.Research has found that the expansion of the overall scale of vocational education in China can significantly narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas, while the scale of secondary vocational education and the quality of higher vocational education play a more prominent role in promoting common prosperity.At different levels of urbanization, there is heterogeneity in the role played by the scale and quality of vocational education in promoting common prosperity.When the level of urbanization is low, expanding the scale of secondary vocational education has a certain impact on promoting common prosperity.However, when the level of urbanization reaches a certain level, improving the quality of vocational education is the effective path to promote common prosperity.In addition, the scale and quality of vocational education have a significant synergy effect in promoting the improvement of income levels for urban and rural residents.Therefore, suggestions are proposed to promote the orderly expansion of vocational education scale, improve the quality of higher vocational education, and adhere to the development strategy of coordinated promotion of scale and quality.更多还原
