【摘要】 广东梅江清凉山省级自然保护区于2020年5月由2个市级自然保护区升格建立，为掌握保护区陆生野生脊椎动物资源现状，2022年8月至2023年8月，在保护区及其周边区域开展了4次陆生野生脊椎动物调查.调查方法以样线法为主，访问调查和资料收集为辅，共布设调查样线20条，红外相机40台.结果显示，记录到陆生野生脊椎动物25目85科219种，其中哺乳类7目18科31种，鸟类15目47科134种，爬行类2目15科34种，两栖类1目5科20种,为保护区管理与生物多样性保护提供科学依据.更多还原

【Abstract】 Qingliangshan Provincial Nature Reserve in Meijiang, Guangdong, was upgraded and established in May 2020 from two municipal-level nature reserves. To clarify the current status of terrestrial wild vertebrate resources in the reserve, four surveys on terrestrial wild vertebrates were conducted in the reserve and its surrounding areas from August 2022 to August 2023. The survey mainly adopted the line transect method, supplemented by interview surveys and data collection. A total of 20 survey line transects were set up, with each transect being 4 km in length, and 40 infrared cameras were deployed. The results showed that a total of 219 species of terrestrial wild vertebrates, belonging to 85 families and 25 orders, were recorded. Among them, there were 31 mammal species(7 orders, 18 families), 134 bird species(15 orders, 47 families), 34 reptile species(2 orders, 15 families), and 20 amphibian species(1 order, 5 families). It provides a scientific basis for the management of the reserve and the conservation of biodiversity.更多还原
