【摘要】 目的 探讨基于成果导向教育(outcomes-based education,OBE)理念的“互联网+”教学模式在眼科研究生教学中的应用。方法 选取2021年8月—2022年1月哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院2019级和2020级的52名眼科学专业型硕士研究生为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分成对照组和试验组，各26名。对照组采用传统的教学模式，试验组采用基于OBE理念的“互联网+”的教学模式进行教学。课程结束后对2组进行理论知识、临床综合能力考核和问卷调查。问卷调查内容包括研究生对教学工作满意度和研究生对自我能力提升情况的评价。比较基于OBE理念的“互联网+”教学模式与传统教学模式的教学效果。结果 试验组的理论知识、临床综合能力考核成绩分别为(71.85±6.84)分、(95.81±0.98)分，均高于对照组的(66.85±4.11)分、(92.47±2.14)分，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组对课堂教学的满意度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。问卷调查结果显示，试验组综合能力评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在眼科学专业型硕士研究生教学中应用基于OBE理念联合“互联网+”的教学模式优于传统教学模式。可以激发研究生的学习兴趣和学习主动性，提高临床诊疗、医患沟通、科研创新等综合能力，获得更好的教学成果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of a teaching mode based on outcomes-based education(OBE) concept and “Internet +” in ophthalmology postgraduate teaching.Methods A total of 42 ophthalmology postgraduates from the 2019 and 2020 classes of the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from August 2021 to January 2022were selected as the research objects.The postgraduates were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 26 postgraduates in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the experimental group utilized the OBE concept combined with “Internet +” teaching mode.Both groups had the same learning content,textbooks,examination content,evaluation criteria,and teaching staff.After the course,theoretical knowledge,clinical comprehensive ability assessments,and questionnaires were conducted.The questionnaire included evaluations of students’ satisfaction with the teaching and their self-improvement in abilities.The effectiveness of the OBE concept combined with “Internet +” teaching mode was compared with the traditional teaching mode.Results The theoretical knowledge and clinical comprehensive ability assessment scores of the experimental group were(71.85±6.84)points and(95.81±0.98) points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group [(66.85±4.11) points and(92.47±2.14) points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the experimental group with classroom teaching was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the comprehensive ability scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of teaching mode based on the OBE concept combined with “Internet +” in ophthalmology postgraduate education is superior to traditional teaching mode.It can stimulate students’ interest and initiative in learning,enhance comprehensive abilities such as clinical diagnosis and treatment,doctor-patient communication,and scientific research innovation,and achieve better teaching outcomes.更多还原
