基于知识生产模式转变的医学研究生分类管理体系构建与实践
Construction and Practice of Classification Management System for Medical Postgraduate Under Knowledge Production Mode Transformation
【摘要】 研究生教育是培养高素质、综合性人才的主要途径,高效合理的研究生教育践行着为党育人、为国育才的重要使命。文章基于地方医学院校在研究生培养方面的单一追求教育规模化、学科专业支撑力不够、导师专业性不足、缺乏完善长效培养机制问题,针对性构建基于知识生产模式转变的医学研究生分类管理体系,重点完善研究生教育质量保障体系,分类别针对性培育专业学位研究生和学术学位研究生,从知识生产模式转变充实研究生人才培养方面理论创新,从六工程“多阶浸润”、九系列“贯通融合”践行研究生人才培养方面实践创新。通过构建基于知识生产模式转变的医学研究生分类管理体系,为优化医学人才培养方案提供更多思路和参考。
【Abstract】 Graduate education is the main way to cultivate high-quality and comprehensive talents, and efficient and reasonable graduate education practices the important mission of educating talents for the Party and the country. This study is based on the current single pursuit of education scale, insufficient disciplinary and professional support, insufficient professionalism of mentors, and lack of a sound long-term training mechanism in local medical colleges in China. A targeted medical graduate classification management system based on the transformation of knowledge production mode is constructed. The research focuses on improving the quality assurance system of graduate education,cultivating professional and academic degree graduate students in a targeted manner according to different categories, transforming the knowledge production model to enrich the theoretical innovation of graduate talent cultivation, and implementing practical innovation in the practice of graduate talent cultivation through the "multi-level infiltration" of the six projects and the "interconnected integration" of the nine series. By constructing a classification management system for medical graduate students based on the transformation of knowledge production mode, to provide more ideas and reference for optimizing medical personnel training program.
