【摘要】 目的 探讨基于Jeffries模拟教学理论的情境模拟教学（situation simulation teaching,SST）对精神科住院医师重复经颅磁刺激治疗（repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy,rTMS）教学的影响。方法选取2022年8月—2022年9月接受深圳市康宁医院精神科住院医师规范化培训的40名2020级和2021级住院医师，按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组，各20名。试验组采用Jeffries模拟教学法，对照组采用传统理论授课教学（lecture-based learning,LBL）。课程结束后，采用中文版Jeffries模拟教学设计量表（simulation design scale,SDS）比较2组住院医师对教学目标、教学环境、案例设计、反思及引导环节要素的细化评价。结果 对比试验组和对照组的SDS总分[100 (80.75,100)分vs.80.50(78.00,83.25)分]，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。对比试验组和对照组在SDS 5个维度评分：目标与信息维度、支持维度、解决问题维度、引导性反馈维度、仿真性维度，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 Jeffries模拟教学法适用于精神科住院医师的重复rTMS的规范化培训，具有更明确的教学目标、能获得更好的支持及引导反馈，具有更好的仿真性，能有效帮助提升住院医师解决临床实际问题的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the impact of Jeffries simulation teaching theory’s situation simulation teaching(SST) on the teaching of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy(rTMS) for psychiatric residents.Methods A taotal of 40 residents from Shenzhen Kangning Hospital from August to September 2022 who received standardized training for psychiatric residents in class 2022 and class 2021 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 20 psychiatric residents in each group.The experimental group adopted Jeffries simulation teaching method,while the control group adopted traditional lecture-based learning(LBL).After the course,the Chinese version of Jeffries simulation design scale(SDS) was used to compare the teaching objectives,teaching environment,case design,reflection and guidance elements of the two groups of residents.Results Compared the experiment group and the control group in the total SDS scores [100(80.75,100) points vs.80.50(78.00,83.25) points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the five dimensions of SDS in the experimental group and the control group were compared:goal and information dimension,support dimension,problem solving dimension,guiding feedback dimension,and simulation dimension,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Jeffries simulation teaching method is suitable for standardized training of psychiatric residents in rTMS,with clearer teaching objectives,better support and guidance feedback,better simulation,and can effectively help improve the ability of residents to solve clinical practical problems.更多还原
