【摘要】 目的 在妇科临床实习教学中，引入达芬奇机器人手术系统，探讨机器人手术系统在医学生实习阶段中的作用，对实习生学习效果及学习兴趣的影响。方法 选取2021年7月—2022年7月重庆医科大学附属第一医院妇科实习的本科五年级实习生90名为研究对象。研究组37名，对照组53名,研究组实习生参加机器人参与的开腹或腹腔镜手术及围手术期处理，对照组实习生参加传统的开腹或腹腔镜手术及围手术期处理。实习结束后使用统一的试卷及调查问卷进行学科考核及学习兴趣调查。结果 实习结束后，在考核结果上，研究组实习生在盆腔解剖结构[（82.70±5.84）分]、手术操作[（82.70±7.12）分]、妇科新进展[（80.00±5.00）分]方面得分均高于对照组[（71.13±7.57）分、（77.55±8.24）分、（73.21±7.41）分]，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；在学科兴趣方面，研究组实习生兴趣度（67.57%）高于对照组学生兴趣度（39.62%），差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 机器人手术系统应用于临床实习教学，效果优于传统模式，有利于激发学生学习兴趣，培养精准手术理念。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of robotic surgery system on clinical teaching of gynecology and the influence on the students’ interest. Methods A total of 90 fifth-year undergraduate gynecological interns in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.The study group(37 participants) and the control group(53 participants) participated in robotic laparotomy or laparoscopic surgery and perioperative management, while the control group participated in traditional laparotomy or laparoscopic surgery and perioperative management. After the internship, the unified examination paper and questionnaire were used for subject assessment and study interest investigation.Results After the internship, in terms of assessment results,the scores of the interns in the study group in pelvic anatomy [(82.70±5.84) points], operation [(82.70±7.12) points],gynecological progress [(80.00±5.00) points] were higher than those in the control group [(71.13±7.57) points,(77.55±8.24)points,(73.21±7.41) points], the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). In terms of subject interest, the degree of interest of interns in the study group(67.57%) was higher than that of students in the control group(39.62%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The introduction of robotic surgery system in the intership teaching of gynecology can significantly improve the effect of teaching, train idea of precision medicine and stimulate students’ interest.更多还原
