LSD1通过调控FOXO3和线粒体自噬参与卵巢储备的建立和维持(英文)
LSD1 modulates ovarian reserve establishment by modifying FOXO3 and mitophagy-related genes
【摘要】 <正>Primordial follicles, the only reproductive resource in females, are the most prevalent and enduring follicle type in the ovary. These follicles have a remarkable lifespan, extending up to 50 years in humans [1]. In female mammals, primordial follicles are formed around birth, with the large majority entering a dormant state immediately upon formation, constituting a dormant follicle pool[2].
