【摘要】 <正>Aberrant c-Met receptor activation is linked to various cancers,including lung, colon, and liver cancers, making it an important target for cancer therapy [1–4]. Current treatments primarily involve small molecule inhibitors and antibodies, but challenges such as suboptimal efficacy and side effects persist [5–7]. Recently, the focus has shifted toward large molecule drugs, such as monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies, and antibody-drug conjugates(ADCs), offering new cancer treatment options [8,9].
