【摘要】 <正>Cl- has long been recognized as a potent buffer of membrane potential, with changes in intracellular Cl- concentrations playing crucial physiological roles in cells via electrical signaling. While intracellular second messengers such as Ca2+ and c AMP have been extensively studied, Cl- has received comparatively less attention.However, recent advances have highlighted the significance of intracellular Cl- signaling in regulating cellular physiological function.
