【Abstract】 In the field of intellectual property information services, the application of ChatGPT can greatly improve the efficiency of information retrieval, analysis and management, and promote the innovation and protection of intellectual property rights. However, the application of ChatGPT also faces problems and challenges, such as the balance between originality and individuality, humanized service and privacy protection.Therefore, from the perspective of media affordance, this paper puts forward some countermeasures, including optimizing content production mechanism, strengthening human-computer cooperation and interaction,strengthening mobile adaptation, introducing innovation incentive mechanism, adhering to the bottom line of ethical compliance and building multi-party collaborative pattern, in order to give full play to ChatGPT’s advantages, effectively deal with possible problems and ensure its healthy development and wide application in intellectual property information services.更多还原
