发酵液中苄胺的纯化工艺研究

【摘要】 采用液液萃取法和减压蒸馏法对微生物发酵液中苄胺进行分离提纯。从5种有机溶剂中筛选确定二氯甲烷为萃取剂;调节pH值为11,离心除去料液中悬浮物后,对料液进行3次萃取,萃取率分别是81.3%、79.1%、56.4%,总萃取率为98.3%;减压蒸馏条件是温度30℃、真空度0.07 MPa,苄胺回收率为94%。所建立的萃取-减压蒸馏工艺可以从发酵液中高效提取苄胺,操作简单,易于放大,回收率高。

【Abstract】 This paper uses liquid-liquid extraction and vacuum distillation to separate and purify benzylamine from microbial fermentation liquid. Dichloromethane was selected as the extractant from five organic solvents after screening experiments. After adjusting the p H to 11 and removing suspended solids by centrifugation, the fermentation liquid was subjected to three rounds of extraction, with extraction rates of 81.3%, 79.1%, and 56.4%, respectively, and a total extraction rate of 98.3%. The vacuum distillation was carried out at 30 ℃ and 0.07 MPa vacuum, and the recovery rate of benzylamine was 94%. The established extraction-vacuum distillation process can efficiently extraction of benzylamine from fermentation liquid, with simple operation, easy expansion, and high recovery rate.
