【摘要】 在“双碳”目标与数字技术赋能绿色转型深度融合的战略背景下，数字金融与绿色金融的融合如何驱动企业绿色创新成为关键议题。基于制度逻辑与资源基础理论，选取2013—2022年我国A股上市公司数据，系统分析数字金融与绿色金融融合对企业绿色创新的影响。研究发现：地级市的数字金融与绿色金融融合显著提升了企业绿色创新水平；制度情境与资源禀赋形成动态调节，数字金融与绿色金融的融合对民营企业、西部地区企业与低治理水平企业绿色创新的影响更显著；融资约束与环境绩效分别通过资源挤占与管理冗余削弱了数字金融与绿色金融的融合效能，而研发支出与资产配置改进是核心传导路径。研究结论揭示了数字金融与绿色金融融合的赋能效应，为数字技术赋能绿色转型深度融合发展提供了理论支持，并提出差异化政策设计框架，助力企业突破转型悖论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the strategic background of the deep integration of the "Dual Carbon" goals and digital technology-enabled green transformation,how the integration of digital finance and green finance(referred to as "digital-green integration")drives corporate green innovation has become a critical issue. Based on institutional logic and resource-based theory,this paper systematically examines the impact of digital-green integration on corporate green innovation using data from A-share listed companies from 2013 to 2022. The study finds that:The digital-green integration of prefecture-level cities significantly improves the green innovation level of enterprises;Institutional context and resource endowment dynamically moderate this relationship,with private enterprises,western enterprises,and enterprises with lower governance levels exhibiting more pronounced innovation responses. Financing constraints and environmental performance weaken the effectiveness of digital-green integration through "resource crowding-out" and "management redundancy",respectively,while R&D expenditure and asset allocation improvement serve as core transmission pathways. This paper reveals the enabling attributes of digital-green integration,provides theoretical support for the deep integration of digital technology-enabled green transformation,and proposes a differentiated policy design framework to help enterprises overcome transformation paradoxes.更多还原
