高性能低碳生态混凝土的制备与性能研究
Study on Preparation and Performance of High-performance Low Carbon Ecological Concrete
【摘要】 文中使用LC~3水泥、硅灰、再生骨料等低碳原材料,制备具有不同骨料粒径和孔隙率的高性能低碳生态混凝土(HPLCEC)。结果表明,HPLCEC的透水系数介于5.7~10.5 mm/s, 28 d抗压强度介于32.6~44.2 MPa,弯拉强度介于5.1~7.3 MPa, pH值在7.7~8.4内,HPLCEC经过300次冻融循环后的质量损失率小于6%。四季青植物生长试验表明,HPLCEC具有良好的植物适生性能。
【Abstract】 In this paper, high-performance low carbon eco concrete(HPLCEC) with different aggregate particle sizes and porosities was prepared using low-carbon raw materials such as Limestone calcined clay cement, silica fume, recycled aggregates, etc.The results showed that the water permeability coefficients of the resulting HPLCEC ranged from 5.7 to 10.5 mm/s, the 28d compressive strengths ranged from 32.6 to 44.2 MPa, the flexural strengths ranged from 5.1 to 7.3 MPa, and the pH values were in the range of 7.7 to 8.4, and the mass loss rate of the resulting HPLCEC after 300 freeze-thaw cycles was less than 6%. The four-season plant growth test showed that HPLCEC has good plant suitability properties.
