人工智能赋能新能源电力绿色管理人才培养策略研究

【摘要】 在我国新能源电力成为电力系统第一大电源、绿色化与数智化转型纵深推进的背景下,“双碳”目标与产业高质量发展对兼具绿色理念、数智能力与管理素养的复合型人才提出了迫切需求。本研究立足新能源电力产业跨界融合特性与教育数字化转型趋势,探讨了人工智能赋能新能源电力绿色管理人才培养的策略。研究明确了新能源电力绿色管理人才培养在支撑“双碳”目标、推动产业升级与提升国际竞争力方面的必要性,剖析了当前人才培养在课程体系、评价反馈方式、数智化平台建设、校企合作等方面的突出问题并在此基础上构建了课程体系改革、多维度评估与个性化反馈、人工智能驱动教学平台构建、校行企社协同培养体系的综合人才培养策略,形成了“绿色理念+数智技术+管理实践”深度融合的育人模式。研究丰富了新能源领域人才培养理论体系,创新了人工智能赋能教育的应用场景,为同类高校开展行业特色人才培养提供了可复制的实践样本,也为新能源电力产业高质量发展提供了人才支撑。

【Abstract】 In the context of China’s new energy power industry ascending to a preeminent position within the national power system, alongside the deepening integration of green transformation and digital-intelligent advancement, the “dual carbon” strategy and the pursuit of high-quality industrial development have ignited an imperative for interdisciplinary talent endowed with environmental awareness, digital intelligence capabilities, and managerial competence. Grounded in the cross-sectoral integration characteristics of the new energy power industry and the ongoing trend of educational digital transformation, this study delves into transformative strategies for cultivating green management talent through AI-empowered approaches. It establishes the necessity of developing such talent to support the realization of “dual carbon” goals, catalyzing industrial modernization, and fortifying China’s global competitive edge, while identifying existing challenges in talent cultivation—particularly with regard to curriculum design, evaluation and feedback mechanisms, digital-intelligent platform development, and university-enterprise collaboration. Building upon this analysis, the study proposes a comprehensive talent development strategy encompassing curriculum reform, multi-dimensional assessment integrated with personalized feedback, AI-powered teaching platforms, and a collaborative training model involving universities, industries, enterprises, and society. This approach fosters a deeply integrated educational paradigm that synergizes sustainability principles, digital technologies, and management practice. The research contributes to enriching the theoretical foundation for talent cultivation within the new energy sector, innovates application scenarios for AI-empowered education, provides a replicable and scalable model for higher education institutions aiming to cultivate industry-specific talent, and delivers robust human resource support for the high-quality advancement of the new energy power industry.
