数智赋能高职院校新质人才培养:逻辑意蕴、现实困境与实践路径

【摘要】 新质人才培养是高职院校的时代使命,数智时代为高职院校新质人才培养带来了新的机遇与挑战。基于赋能理论和系统论,数智技术通过赋能专业建设环境升级、赋能产业群智能化发展、赋能教学过程数据精准分析,为推动高职院校新质人才培养搭建系统框架,实现人才培养内容更新扩容、助力产教融合提级增效、促进人才培养过程管理精细化。然而,数智技术赋能高职院校新质人才培养仍面临相关专业教学内容滞后、院校与产业数智化的全链对接较零散、数智技术在教学管理中应用不充分等现实困境。加快推进数智技术赋能高职院校新质人才培养,应以“数智+”专业转型升级为导向,加强专业群集聚效应;以区域性产教融合体建设为抓手,推动产学研创一体化;以数智技术赋能精准教学为重心,打造数智化教学模式;以动态数据驱动教学管理为主线,强化循证决策与改进,从而系统提升高职院校新质人才培养质量。

【Abstract】 Vocational colleges aim to cultivate new quality talents,and digital intelligence has brought new opportunities and challenges for cultivating new quality talents.Based on empowerment theory and system theory,digital intelligence technology builds a system framework for promoting the cultivation of new quality talents in vocational colleges by enabling the upgrading of the professional construction environment,the intelligent development of industrial clusters,and the precise analysis of teaching process data,to achieve the update and expansion of talent cultivation content,help improve the efficiency of industry-education integration,and promote the refinement of talent cultivation process management.However,cultivating new quality talents in higher vocational colleges with digital intelligence technology still faces realistic dilemmas,such as the lagging update of relevant professional teaching content,the scattered full-chain connection between colleges and industries,and the insufficient application of digital intelligence technology in teaching management.To accelerate the promotion of digital technology to empower new quality talents in vocational colleges,more guidance is required through the transformation and upgrading of "digital intelligence +" majors,strengthen the agglomeration effect of professional clusters,take the construction of regional industry-education integration as a starting point to promote the integration of industry,academia,research and innovation;focus on digital technology to empower precise teaching and create a digital teaching model;take dynamic data-driven teaching management as the main line,strengthen evidence-based decision-making and improvement,so as to systematically improve the quality of new quality talent training in vocational colleges.
